Results of Five Year Investigation Finds Alleged Unfair Practices

After a five year investigation, The National Fair Housing Alliance and partner groups have announced an official HUD complaint against Fannie Mae for violating Fair Housing Laws. It is alleged that Fannie Mae has neglected to maintain foreclosed homes in African American and Latino neighborhoods. "Fannie Mae is wreaking havoc on middle- and working-class communities of color nationwide through a pattern of neglect that is frankly appalling,” said Shanna L.
